Tokio Hotel History

The twins Bill and Tom Kaulitz have been into music since early childhood. Bill started singing and writing at the age of 9 and Tom has been playing the guitar since the age of 6. They started working on their talents and taking lessons when they were ten years old. Just two years later, in 2001, they met Gustav and Georg and founded Tokio Hotel. They immediately began working on songs and lyrics together. Gustav, who has been playing drums since he was 6, already had band experience that he put to use in the project.
Just half a year after the founding of the band the boys already had gigs every weekend in and around Magdeburg. It didn't take long before they were discovered by the music industry and were off to the studios. Despite their great succes they have managed to stay the same people that they were before the breakthrough. Life as a band has brought them even closer as they were before.That combined with the professionals that assist and guide them makes their songs become better and inspire them to keep surpassing themselves.

New album

Tokio Hotel work on their new album and they go ahead quickly.

The album that appears on a German and an English version will be soon finished.The new album by Tokio Hotel is close to be made. The four boys are currently in the Studio. On their own app BTK (which stands for Bill and Tom Kaulitz) the twins sent many greetings to the fans - a sign that everything runs perfectly. This was a picture of Tom, as it together mixes to a mixer the songs. Caption of Bill Kaulitz: "Tom works just demos in the Studio!"The internationally most successful German band's new album should appear clearly in the spring and according to Bill Kaulitz "probably surprise many people".
The album will be back in a German and an English version
